Checkout takes place on Square. Empowered Health does not collect your card details on this website. Keep your Square receipt for order support.
The BMI calculator
Your height, weight and result are calculated in your browser. The calculator does not send those entries to Empowered Health or advertising services.
Your wellness toolkit
Journal entries, calorie inputs and questionnaire answers remain in your browser until you choose a feature that sends them for processing. You can opt to save journal entries, symptoms and goals on your device. Avoid this on a shared device, and use “Clear toolkit entries” to remove them.
Creating a meal plan sends your calorie inputs, journal, food preferences, goals, symptoms and questionnaire answers to OpenAI after your consent. Your photo is not included in that request. The generated plan is not saved to a customer account; download your report before leaving.
Optional photos
A selected photo is resized in your browser and sent to OpenAI only when you consent and choose to analyze it. The original filename and embedded location information are not sent. The site does not save photos in a database or photo library.
OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring under its policies. Read the provider’s data handling information.
Four week plans and contact messages
Plan intake answers are processed by OpenAI to create the plan. Your email and plan content are sent through Resend for email delivery. Contact messages and the contact details you supply are delivered to Bridgett through Resend. Please do not include medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Website measurement
On the toolkit offer page, we count page views, checkout section views, payment button clicks and broad payment outcomes in daily totals. These counts contain no names, email addresses, card details, photos, questionnaire answers or visitor identifiers. They help us see where the purchase process stops. They are separate from Square receipts and are not proof of an individual order.
Website advertising
The public marketing pages use Meta Pixel to help measure website visits and checkout clicks. We exclude the toolkit, BMI calculator, plan intake and contact pages from loading this advertising script. Questionnaire answers and calculator results are not intentionally sent as advertising events.

Contact brie@empoweredhealthforyou.com about information you have shared. For device-only entries, clear the toolkit or your browser’s site storage. Information you send to payment or email providers is also subject to their policies.
